Requirements / Capability Development (JCIDS)
Provided Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), and Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) support for an $8.5B Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP), optimizing cost, schedule and performance supporting operational forces. Supported development of the $62M Tactical Data Dissemination Initiative (TDDi) and managed Technology Transition Agreements ($62M) establishing foundation for future Naval capabilities.
Change Management
Developed, Implemented and managed a requirements automation process responsible for reducing touch-labor from 3 FTE, down to approximately 1.25 FTE, saving the contract company and government client over $200K on an annual basis.

Technical Writing
Authoring the training and policy document giving life to the Naval Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Medical Exercise Project, supporting over 10,000 military reserve service members, to change the way the military trains its medical staff to support the warfighter on deployment.
